Shipping policy
We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Check back for more locations!
Orders are processed within two weeks and will be shipped in accordance to the customer's shipping option as chosen during checkout. Please allow time for delays in processing or shipping during peak order times.
We are not responsible for the package once it is has been shipped. Please reach out to your chosen mail carrier if you encounter issues.
If your item(s) arrive damaged and you would like a replacement, email us at info@yunorium.com with a picture of the item(s) in question, and we will process your request.
If you do not receive your package and it has been 4 or more weeks (allow time for delays due to Covid or the holidays), feel free to reach out at info@yunorium.com.
